RACHEL TAYLOR, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Rachel Taylor grew up in Waco, TX. After graduating from Baylor University in 2002, she moved to Philadelphia, PA where she managed a family practice and helped grow it into a multi-physician practice. During this process she fell in love with taking care of patients and decided to attend PA school at Philadelphia University. She graduated in 2007, the same year her husband’s job moved them to Tulsa, OK. After working six years in a private urgent care in Tulsa, Rachel and her family were excited to be able to move back to Texas. After working a couple years in family practice, she was asked to join a pediatrics practice and hopes to never do anything else! She also has her Breastfeeding Specialist certification and loves helping new moms navigate this incredible process.
Rachel & Wes have been married since 2002 and have 3 children, Addison, Austin & Kate. Addison has Down Syndrome and daily teaches her family and others something new, whether it’s empathy, patience or a new French word or phrase. Having been the parent in many medical situations, Rachel enjoys using her experience as mom to a daughter with special needs to make healthcare more enjoyable for children and their families. Her family loves camping in the mountains, CrossFit, playing with their 2 dogs, Granite and Glacier, and baking cupcakes and pies.
